5th Generation Cattle Breeder

George Logan Beef is a 5th generation cattle operation raising Hereford/Red Angus, all natural, grass fed beef. Our cattle are raised without antibiotics or hormones, ensuring our customers get the healthiest and most delicious beef available.

At George Logan Beef, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality beef possible. Our cattle are raised without antibiotics or hormones and are fed a natural grass-fed diet. Raised in a low stress ranch environment.

We believe this results in the healthiest and most delicious beef available.

You can purchase a whole, half, quarter or eighth of a beef.  Pricing will be based on hanging weight and includes USDA processing.

Whole Beef -  $3200

Half Beef - $1600

Quarter - $800

Eighth - $400

We also have a space saver package for $250 (see below)

Space Saver Packages

 

10_ 93% lean ground 1 lb each;

2_ stew meat 1 lb each;

2_  roasts ~3 lbs. each;

variety of Steaks_ typically 2 steaks per package (variety may include Rib, NY strip/ fillet or T bone, bavette, tenders)

and some variety such as cube steaks, Flat iron, (can include organ meat if requested) 

 

Approximately: 22-26 lbs of vacuum sealed freezer beef including a variety of in stock cuts: 

Extras: Marrow bones $5/ lb if in stock
